Dr. Tom VoDr. Vo’s affinity for helping others inspired him to study medicine. He brings more than 15 years of expertise in the field of Emergency Medicine to Golden Triangle Emergency Center. He is board certified and has worked in busy hospitals and free-standing emergency centers throughout Texas.
Dr. Vo graduated from Kent State in 1992 and Northeastern Ohio University’s College of Medicine in 1996. He completed his Emergency Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oaks, MI, in 1999. In 2004, Dr. Vo received an MBA from Rice University to learn more about the business side of medicine. He, and his wife, Kim, have 4 kids. In his spare time, he likes to participate in physical fitness activities, play guitar, and spend time with his family
Director of Operations
Jen’s passion for helping people is the reason she chose healthcare as her career path. Her extensive background of 15 years in the healthcare industry range from home health, sleep study, private practice, hospice and emergency care. Her career has taken her from Texas to Georgia to Tennessee to Louisiana and back. Jen has made her home in Mid-County where she is a busy mom of 5 wonderful kids! She enjoys watching football, (“HOOK’EM HORNS”) and spending time with her family.
Director of Nursing
Angela Webb R.N., B.S.N., C.E.N.Angela Webb caring heart and compassion for others is what drove her in the medical profession. She started in 2006 and obtained her C.N.A. from Lamar State College Orange. While working full-time and caring for her two beautiful children, son Ashton and daughter Mina, she furthered her education and obtained her L.V.N. license and then on to her R.N. license in 2010 both from Lamar State College Orange. Upon completion from that program she then went on to graduate fro m the University of Texas at Arlington with her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing, and in 2013 obtained her B.C.E.N. credentials in emergency nursing. After being a nurse for around six years she accepted the position at Golden Triangle Emergency Center as the director of Emergency Services of both Mid-County and Orange locations. In her spare time Angela loves playing with her children, running, baseball, lifting weights, and staying active.
Director of Marketing
Kari Busch, B.S., M.S.Kari Busch is a born leader who excelled both academically and athletically earning her a Full Scholarship to UW Green Bay, WI. After two years, she transferred to Lamar University where she was captain of the Women’s Soccer Team while earning her BS in Exercise Science and Fitness Management with a Health Minor. Kari’s organizational and leadership skills afforded her the opportunity to work as a Grad Assistant Coach and then onto Assistant Coach with the Women’s Soccer Program while earning her MS (Master of Science in Kinesiology).
Not one to sit still, she continues to coach youth soccer and give private lessons. She is a fun loving, energetic, approachable “people’s person” who always has a smile on her face and an idea swirling around in her head. In her spare time she love to be outside doing anything, staying active, and watching sports.
Lead Radiology Technician
Terea HarrisTerea Harris is a lifelong resident of the Golden Triangle and has strong bonds across the local communities. After graduating from the Lamar Institute of Technology with honors in 1998, she began her career as an Emergency Room X-ray Technologist at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. With nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed Radiologic Technologist, she has proven herself to be one of the best in her field . Driven by her Christian faith, she has dedicated her life to helping those in need and has found true joy in her profession. Terea married her high school sweetheart in 1991. An avid animal lover, she enjoys spending her time off spoiling her bengal cats Sammy and Layla. Her hobbies include working out, enjoying a variety of music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Medical Director for Orange Golden Triangle Emergency Center
Dr. Brad BartonBrad Barton, MD is the Medical Director of Golden Triangle Emergency Center – Orange. He is a graduate of University of Texas Medical Branch medical school in Galveston, Texas, where he scored in the 99th percentile on his first two United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE). Dr. Barton completed his Emergency Medicine training at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, where he scored in the 92nd percentile on his third and final USMLE. Dr. Barton has been practicing since 2012 and is board certified in emergency medicine.
Dr. Barton moved to Orange, TX after completing residency to be with his wife and children. In his spare time, Dr. Barton enjoys fishing, working on the ranch, and spending time with family.
Executive Assistant for Orange Golden Triangle Emergency Center
Lindsey FriouxLindsey is a long time resident of Groves, TX and graduated from Port Neches Groves High School. Prior to working at GTEC, Lindsey worked for 13 years in the medical field. She is a mother of two beautiful daughters and one precious baby boy. She has a contagious, fun, outgoing personality, and has built meaningful relationships with all of the employees here at GTEC. She is a strong believer in “always treating others as you would want to be treated”. Lindsey truly looks forward to watching the company grow and being able to have a big part of their success in the future. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends; she is also a huge fan of New Kids on the Block.

Dr. Michael Crossley
Dr. Crossley received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Lamar University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch medical school in Galveston, TX. Dr. Crossley completed his Emergency Medicine training at Texas Tech in El Paso, TX.
Dr. Crossley has over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine in the Golden Triangle. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, doing church work, playing the bagpipes, and building furniture.
Medical Director for Mid-County Golden Triangle Emergency Center
Dr. Kyle PetersonKyle Peterson, MD is the Medical Director for Golden Triangle Emergency Center in Port Arthur. He is a graduate of University of Texas Health Science Center medical school in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Peterson completed his Emergency Medicine training at Metropolitan Hospital in New York City. He was selected as Chief Resident his last year of residency. Dr. Peterson has been practicing since 2009 and is board certified in emergency medicine
Dr. Peterson moved to Beaumont, TX following residency. Prior to his current position with GTEC, Peterson was Chief of Emergency Medicine/Medical Director at Christus St. Mary Hospital.
